A research and practice hub for inside out innovators and spiky brains at work.

The endoStrategy Collective is a small, focused network for people who care about three things at once: inside out innovation, neurodiversity at work, and building companies where unusual minds are an asset, not a liability.

We connect real world cases, serious research, and lived experience, then turn them into tools that leaders can actually use.

What the Collective does

The endoStrategy Collective exists to answer a simple question.
How do we find, support, and scale endoStrategists inside real organizations without burning them out or letting the corporate immune system push them out.

We frame better questions

We write focused research briefs that sit at the intersection of business, science, and lived experience. Each brief targets a real pattern leaders are struggling with, from masking and burnout to psychological safety and cross functional work.

We connect evidence and stories

Members share cases, studies, and stories from the field. We translate academic work into plain language and connect it with what is happening inside factories, studios, offices, and boardrooms.

We build usable tools

Every cycle turns into something tangible. Checklists, maps, workshop designs, and book chapters that help leaders spot endoStrategists, protect them, and design environments where they can thrive.

Who the Collective is for

We are not trying to build a giant community. We are building a strong signal. If you see yourself in one of these groups, you are in the right place.

Leaders and executives

You know there is hidden potential inside your company. You want evidence based ways to find it and protect it while you navigate AI, reorgs, and constant change.

Researchers and PhD students

You study neurodiversity, leadership, systems, psychological safety, or the future of work and want access to real questions and messy field data.

Neurodivergent and spiky profile professionals

You recognize yourself as the roaming integrator, pattern spotter, or quiet systems thinker who never quite fits the job description.

HR, OD, and coaches

You design learning, talent, and change programs and want better ways to support non typical talent without turning people into case studies.

How the Collective works

The Collective runs with a light footprint. No endless meetings. No noisy forum to keep alive. Just a simple rhythm that respects busy brains.

Field Notes

Once a month we send a short Field Note. It includes one focused research brief, a handful of links, and a snapshot of what we are exploring.

Asynchronous input

Members reply when a brief hits their lane. A story, a paper, a pushback. A few lines are enough. We also host the occasional small roundtable when a theme needs live debate.

Shared library

We synthesize replies into a shared library of sources, cases, and tools. Parts of this library are public on this site. Some feed directly into the endoStrategist book and into pilots with partner organizations.
